Nature of services
Our services are non-medical, preventive oral-hygiene services and education. We do not practice veterinary medicine, which under Missouri law includes animal dentistry. We do not diagnose, treat, sedate, perform procedures or dispense medication.
Owner responsibilities
- You confirm you are the owner or authorized caretaker of the pet.
- You will disclose known health, behavioral or bite history.
- You will seek veterinary care when recommended or when your pet shows signs of illness or pain.
Right to decline or stop
For the safety of pets and staff, we may decline or end a session if a pet is overly stressed, aggressive or appears unwell.
Payments
Prices and any deposit are shown before payment. Payments are processed by a third-party processor. See our Cancellation/Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
